After completing my university studies, I moved to London to take up work as an actuarial student. I have one more exam to pass.
My current role involves writing user documentation and providing user support for some financial modelling software. I enjoy trying out development versions of the software, working out how to use them, creating examples and describing the new functionality clearly in writing. Providing user support gives me opportunities to investigate problems encountered by users and to find and communicate solutions. I enjoy the chance to better understand the needs of users.
